Summer Release (August 2025) – SoSafe Partner Platform

Welcome to the Summer Release of the SoSafe Partner Platform!

This page highlights the most recent improvements released in August 2025, many of which were directly driven by partner and customer feedback.

What to Expect from the Summer Release

  • All new features are available automatically — no need to activate or reconfigure anything.

  • No disruption to client data: all configurations, users, and training data remain intact.

  • Features in Public Beta are already live and visually tagged as such and may be refined further before the final General Availability (GA) release.

  • Knowledge Base articles have been updated to reflect new behaviors, with links provided below.

What’s New in the Summer Release

Here are some of the key new capabilities now available in the GA release:

Client access delegation

GA

Partners can now delegate access to client stakeholders. Two levels of access are available:

Analytics-only access for reporting

Full client admin rights (excluding subscription management) |

Whitelisting testing options

GA

Partners now can test and verify whitelisting setups for configured trainings or for all templates - for both DMI and IP-based configurations - before launching awareness trainings.

Multiple e-learning trainings

GA

Partners can now create and manage multiple sequential e-learning trainings per client, enabling phased or topic-based learning journeys across the year.

NFR license attribution

GA

Partners can now designate one client account as their Not-For-Resale (NFR) client to benefit from free internal use licenses - ideal for demos, internal training, or testing. Only one NFR client is allowed per partner.

Direct Message Injection (DMI)

BETA

DMI is now fully available for both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, providing a more reliable and seamless way to deliver phishing simulations without relying on IP-based whitelisting.

Automatic user management

BETA

Native integrations with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace now support automated user provisioning and sync, as an alternative to manual user management.
