How to access the Awareness Training Analytics?
You can access Awareness Training Analytics from the menu Analytics, select Phishing Simulation or E-Learning.
How often is the Awareness Training Analytics data updated?
The Awareness Training Analytics update runs twice a day. You can expect to see the refreshed data at around 4:30 CET and 16:30 CET daily.
How to select the Awareness Training in Analytics?
For Phishing Simulation, you can view analytics results for a single training or for all trainings cumulatively. Select the Phishing Simulation Training Name or Cumulative option in the Phase drop-down.
For E-Learning, there is only one Awareness Training running at a time, so it is not possible to select a specific training.
Basic Awareness Training Analytics Metrics
We recommend starting your analysis with the core Phishing Simulation and E-Learning metrics.
Core Phishing Simulation metrics: click rate, interaction rate, share of emails sent.
Core E-Learning metrics: registration rate, starting rate, completion rate.

ISO Analytics
ISO scoring gives a standard way for companies to show their progress for certification. Progress is tallied at the end of each month, and a progressing score is also shown for the current month.

What is the difference between individual and anonymous tracking?
The anonymous evaluation gives you a general overview of user behavior. For example, you can gain insight into the number of registered users (in absolute numbers and in comparison to the total number of users in your data), the average number of completed modules, and the average result.
When individual tracking is enabled, you will also receive the following information per user:
E-Learning:
Registration date
Number of modules passed
Score of the passed modules
Possibility to download the certificates centrally
Phishing Simulation:
Number of emails sent
Click count
Open count
Interaction count
Learning count
Reply count
The Reporting setting from Anonymous to Individual, or vice-versa, cannot be changed for running trainings.
How to export the Awareness Training Analytics data?
You can download raw data and KPIs in .csv or .xlsx format, or generate a .pdf report by clicking the Download button in the top right corner.
