How to activate your SoSafe platform access

For security reasons, all Admin accounts must have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) active to log in to the SoSafe Platform.

  1. After the successful purchasing of licenses via the Telekom Cloud Marketplace, you’ll receive a welcome email from noreply@sosafe.de with the subject “Thank you for your purchase“

    1. Check your spam/junk folder if the email isn’t in your inbox within a few minutes.

  1. On the welcome email, select Create password.

  2. On the Login Page, enter a valid password and select Save password.

  1. On the SoSafe Platform (telekom.sosafe.de) login page, enter your login credentials and select Login.

  1. On the Welcome to the SoSafe Manager page, select Start to begin the MFA configuration.

  2. Follow the instructions and use the Authenticator app of your choice to activate MFA.

  3. On the All done! page, save the emergency backup codes, and select Done.

  1. You are now logged in to the SoSafe Platform and can start creating your campaign.
