Magenta Security Awareness: How to Manage Subscription Information & Company Details
Update Company Details
You can easily update your company details such as the name, domain(s), address, and default language at any time to ensure that your information stays accurate and up to date.
To change the company details, log in with your admin credentials to https://telekom.sosafe.de.
On the Dashboard page, click Settings on the bottom left, and then click Company.
On the Company page, change the required fields and click Save.
Note: If you update the Domain(s) list, please update all users to guarantee their email addresses match the newly configured domain(s).
Checking your licenses & subscription
You can as well easily check your subscription details at any time.
To check your subscription details in the SoSafe Platform, log in with your admin credentials to https://telekom.sosafe.de.
On the Dashboard page, click Settings on the bottom left, and then click Subscription.
You can see the available number of licenses and the number of licenses you purchased via the Telekom Cloud Marketplace. In case you need additional licenses, please visit the TCMP again and go through the purchasing process.
