To reload your results or the displayed content please follow the steps described below: 

  1. Log out of the SoSafe learning platform (button "Logout" at the upper right corner)

  2. Follow these instructions to empty your browser cache: How to empty your web browser's cache

  3. Log in again on the SoSafe learning platform: https://elearning.sosafe.de/  


Learning progress will be reset if a new E-Learning campaign starts - unless your employeer chose otherwise during setup process. If you miss old learning progress please contact the responsible person in your company or your IT support.
