I can't download the certificate

You must first have successfully completed all mandatory modules before you can download your personal certificate. 

If an error when trying to download the file, please take the following steps: 

1. Log out of the SoSafe learning platform (button at the upper right corner) 
   

   

2. Follow these instructions to empty your browser cache: How to empty your web browser's cache

3. Log in to the SoSafe learning platform: https://elearning.sosafe.de/
