Getting started - New customer onboarding

Welcome to SoSafe!

We’ve just launched our new onboarding experience for a certain set of customers and we hope you enjoy your start with SoSafe!

Note: If you do not see the Onboarding dashboard in your manager, you’re not part of our new onboarding experience. Your customer success manager will make sure to get you up and running as soon as possible and can help with all questions during this process.

After completing the Basic Setup, where you can provide your company details and branding as well as add admins beside yourself, you will be redirected to our Onboarding dashboard. At any point during the onboarding process, this is where you will find an overview of your current progress and what you still need to do! To get more detail, you can expand the individual steps by selecting them.

We recommend following the steps roughly in the order they are shown, but in most cases that is not strictly necessary. If you do need to have completed a certain step at some point, we will let you know right then and there!

For the final step, Review E-Learning, your SoSafe contact person will reach out to you.

Recommendation

At the bottom of the Onboarding checklist, you will find a link that takes you to some info material (see the screenshot below). You can use this to communicate your upcoming use of SoSafe within your organization. Our experience has shown that this increases both engagement and trust, and leads to much better overall outcomes!
