How do I use Sofie in Microsoft Teams or Slack?
For Rapid Awareness Alerts:
You will automatically receive messages from Sofie when new security updates are available.
For Level Zero Support:
Open Sofie’s chat in Teams or Slack.
Type your security-related question.
Sofie will respond with guidance based on company security policies.
What happens if Sofie cannot answer my question via the Knowledge Base?
If Sofie cannot find an answer in your company’s training files, an AI-generated response will be provided with the following disclaimer:
"I couldn’t find anything related in the current knowledge base. But here is my best effort to answer your question."
If enabled, Sofie can open an IT Ticket on your behalf.
How do I know if an alert is important?
Alerts will include clear titles and call-to-action steps.
Follow any instructions provided in the alert to stay secure.
How can I give feedback on Sofie’s responses?
In Teams: Use the 👍 Got it or 🤔 Interesting buttons on alerts.
In Slack: Use emoji reactions to provide feedback.
