SoSafe Analytics shows how your organization handles phishing simulations and E-Learning. Use it to track progress over time and see where your users need more support.
What you can do with Analytics
- Track key metrics: Click rate, interaction rate, reporting rate and E-Learning completion
- Filter results: View results by department, location or user group
- Support audits: Download your data or use the ISO Analytics to support compliance and security audits
When data is updated
Analytics data is updated twice a day: in the early morning and in the evening (CEST). The exact times can vary slightly.
This depends on how much data there is to process. Data you download from Analytics is updated on the same schedule.
In the top right corner of Analytics, Last refreshed on shows the data cutoff. The figures include all data up to that time. Because processing takes a while, the new figures appear in Analytics some time after that.
Data privacy
When you set up an E-Learning course or a phishing simulation, you choose between Individual reporting and Anonymous reporting. This helps you meet your internal compliance and works council requirements.
- With anonymous reporting, you still see results for user groups such as departments or locations.
- To protect individual users, charts that break down results by user group hide groups with fewer than 5 users. Their data is still included in the overall figures. This only applies to anonymous reporting.
