Downloading your E-Learning certificate

When you finish your security awareness training, you can download a personal certificate. It shows which lessons you have completed.

1. Log in to the SoSafe learning platform.
2. Open the Achievements tab.
3. Click Issue certificate.

4. In the window that opens, click Download certificate PDF. The download starts automatically.

I can't download the certificate, the button is greyed out

There can be several reasons for this:

• You may still have mandatory lessons to complete
  Usually all mandatory lessons must be completed before you can download the certificate. To double-check, select All categories in the Library dropdown menu to see if there are any remaining mandatory lessons.
• There might be more mandatory lessons unlocked later
  Your organization can set up the E-Learning so that not all mandatory lessons are available from the beginning.

The download doesn't work or shows an error

If an error when trying to download the file, please take the following steps: 

1. Log out of the SoSafe learning platform (button at the upper right corner) 
2. Follow these instructions to empty your browser cache: How to empty your web browser's cache
3. Log in to the SoSafe learning platform: https://elearning.sosafe.de/
