Phishing Report Button Debug analysis

The Phishing Report Button (PRB) features a debug mode that can help us identify and solve any issues you might encounter. To enable the debug mode, follow these instructions:

  1. Open your email application and use the Phishing Report Button

  2. Once the new window opens, you must click on the version number text 5 times. The number is located at the bottom of the window and is only visible when you move your mouse over it.

  3. The debug menu will show. Select Analyze to continue.

  4. You will now see a list of checks and their results. You can copy that information to your clipboard and send it to your SoSafe contact person. Or you can select Send Report to directly file a support ticket. Either way, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
