Can I upload the policies on my own?
At this point it will be done by your Customer Success Manager at SoSafe. So please, share the policies with them.
In which format can policies be uploaded?
Policies can be uploaded in PDF format only.
Can I have more than 1 policies uploaded?
Yes, you can. Due to the user experience, we recommend not to upload more than 5 policies to a certain campaign.
At which point are the policies shown to learners?
Learners will be exposed to policies as the first thing they see when they log in to the e-learning interface for the first time after the policy has been activated.
Can the policies be mandatory to acknowledge?
Yes, you can set the policies as mandatory, which means that the learners will have to tick the box ”I have read and accept this document“ and then click on ”Submit“. After that, they are redirected to the e-learning interface.
Can a learner re-visit the policies that they accepted?
No. Once they accept the mandatory policies or skip the non-mandatory ones, they are not exposed to those policies anymore, thus they cannot re-visit them.
What if I want to show the policy to a specific user group?
In that case, your Customer Success Representative will create a new campaign containing those specific users and connect the policy to that campaign.
Are policies always assigned to all users or can we choose user groups / individual users who must read each policy?
Policies are tied to campaigns. Each policy must be connected to a campaign for learners to view them.
Can I see a policy acceptance report?
Yes, you can. We have an analytics dashboard inside our admin interface, and you can download a report as an Excel sheet.
What kind of analytics can I see for policies?
For mandatory policies you can see who accepted them, and for non-mandatory policies you can see who accepted them and who did not. This is because for those users it is not mandatory to tick the ”I have read and accept this document” checkbox.
