Two-factor authentication provides an extra layer of security for your Manager account. To set it up, please proceed as follows:

  1. Log in with your username and password at
  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner to open your "Profile".

  3. You can now activate two-factor authentication in your profile by clicking on the slider.

  4. A window for the two-factor setup will open. If you do not know which authentication app is recommended by your company, please contact your internal IT department.

  5. If you have an authentication app installed, please click "Next".

  6. Now tap the "+" icon in your authenticator app to add your new account.

  7. Scan the QR code displayed in the setup window with your camera or copy the displayed 32-character code instead.

  8. Finally, you have to verify the setup again by entering the code generated by the authenticator app.

  9. The two-factor authentication setup is complete.


If you loose the second factor, the login cannot be easily re-setted. Make sure you always have a backup of your authentication app available.
