If the Phishing Report Button does not work properly or you receive error messages, we will support you in identifying and solving the issue as soon as possible. To do so, we kindly ask you to enable the debug mode by following the steps below:

1. Please open your mail provider and click on the phishing report button.


2. After the pop up opened, please click 5 times on the version's number below the "Close" button. It is visible when you move your mouse over it.

3. When the debug mode has opened, please click "Analyze" to receive the different status information.

4. Click on the button "Copy to Clipboard" to copy the text.
5. Please insert the text in an email and send it either to your contact person at SoSafe or click on "Send Report" to fil a support ticket. We will then try to fix the issue as soon as possible.
