To better analyse the errors you are experiencing, it is useful to look at the error messages in the browser console. Basically, this is called up with the "F12" key on the keyboard in any browser. Occasionally it is necessary to click on the "Console" tab. Especially relevant are the error messages marked in red. Following, some consoles for the most common browsers are presented. 


To accommodate the support team as much as possible, it makes sense to: 

  1. open the console window before the error occurs,  
  2. perform the steps that lead to the error and  
  3. take a screenshot of the browser and console as soon as the error occurs.

Google Chrome: 


After pressing F12, a column will open on the right. If necessary, "Console" must be clicked. Error messages are marked red here, warnings yellow. 


Microsoft Edge

Mozilla Firefox


After pressing F12, a column opens at the bottom. If necessary, "Console" must be clicked. Error messages are marked red here, problems yellow. If the errors are not displayed all at once, the window can be enlarged at the edge of the console (green arrow).
