The report button displays different codes in case of an error to indicate the technical cause. The following list provides an overview of the different codes and their meaning:
Phishing Report Button Error codes:
Error 1: License and settings could not be retrieved from the SoSafe API (https://api.sosafe.de/).
Error 2: Currently selected item in Outlook has an invalid type. It is not an e-mail but something else, e.g. a calendar entry
Error 3: Access Token could not be retrieved from Outlook. This token is needed to send all further requests to the respective Exchange server.
Error 4: Error while retrieving the mail headers.
Error 5: Error reporting the simulated phishing mail to the SoSafe API.
Error 6: Error retrieving attachments.
Error 7: Error generating the .eml file with headers.
Error 8: Error sending the mail to the helpdesk address.
Error 9: Error deleting a mail.
Error 10: Error when sending a mail to the helpdesk address. (EWS)
