The button loads correctly, but if you use it for a suspicious e-mail, an error occurs.
Solution: Clear Outlook Cache and contact the SoSafe Support
- Close OutlookÂ
- Start Internet Explorer 11
- Press STRG + SHIFT + DEL to clear the browserhistory
- Select "Temporary Internet and website files" and "Cookies and website files" and confirm "Delete"
Restart Outlook
Test SoSafe Button again
