- Close Outlook
- Start Internet Explorer 11
- Press STRG + SHIFT + DEL to clear the browserhistory
- Select "Temporary Internet and website files" and "Cookies and website files" and confirm "Delete"
Restart Outlook
Test SoSafe Button again
Alternatively - for newer versions - please click on the white area when the Add-In is open and press F5 to reload.
Solution 3: Activate protected mode
- Close Outlook
- Press the Windows key + R
- Enter "inetcpl.cpl"
- Select the "Security" tab
- Check "Protected Mode" for the "Internet" and "Restricted Sites" zones
- Restart Outlook
- Test SoSafe Button again
