If an error occurs during downloading, please take the following steps:

  

1. Please log out of the SoSafe learning platform (button "Log out" top left")

2. Please empty the cache of your browser (https://clear-my-cache.com/)

3. Please login on the SoSafe learning platform: https://elearning.sosafe.de/
