You must first have successfully completed all mandatory modules before you can download your personal certificate. 

 
 

If an error occurs during downloading, please take the following steps: 

   

1. Please log out of the SoSafe learning platform (button "Logout" at the upper right corner) 

2. Please empty your browser cache (Empty web browser cache)  

3. Please log in to the SoSafe learning platform: https://elearning.sosafe.de/ 

 

If you still receive an error message afterwards, please send a short description (e.g., a screenshot) to: support@sosafe.de
