You must first have successfully completed all mandatory modules before you can download your personal certificate.


If an error occurs during downloading, please take the following steps:

  

1. Please log out of the SoSafe learning platform (button "Log out" top left")

2. Please empty the cache of your browser (Empty web browser cache)

3. Please login on the SoSafe learning platform: https://elearning.sosafe.de/
